BOROUGH CLERK
The Borough Clerk’s position is governed by New Jersey Statute. The Borough Clerk is responsible for the preparation of council meeting agendas and minutes, for advertising Ordinances and Resolutions, and for maintaining the records of the Borough. In addition, residents can come to the Borough Clerk’s office for voter registration applications, to obtain absentee ballot applications, for new and renewal passport applications, to apply for garage sale permits, to apply for liquor licenses, to apply for raffle/bingo licenses, and to get information regarding all facets of Borough activities. Citizens who are interested in obtaining copies of government records can complete Government Document Request Forms and submit them to the Borough Clerk’s office.
